Cancellation policy:
Deposit of 50% is due to reserve your week, remainder due 30 days before arrival. If you need to cancel your week and we are able to re-rent the cottage your deposit will be returned to you otherwise your deposit is forfeited.
Payment for the deposit is preferred by Email transfer. Cheques are acceptable, but deposits arriving before yours have priority.
Expectations:
- Guests supply their own sheets, pillowcases and towels. Pillows, comforters and mattress covers are provided, bring your own if you wish.
- Kitchen linens, paper towel and toilet paper are provided.
- We do not allow smoking in the cottage as some of our guests have allergies.
- Pets are allowed but must be pre-arranged and approved.
- We expect that you will leave the cottage in the condition that you found it. Normal wear and tear is inevitable, however if significant or deliberate damage does occur the guest will be expected to incur the cost of repair. Please report any potential problem prior to checking out so it can be corrected before our next guests arrive.
- We reserve the right to limit the number of occupants.
- We aim to provide all the comforts to make your stay with us a great one! If there is anything we have overlooked, please let us know!
